Many of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production specifically for you. This helps us offer unique designs while reducing unnecessary inventory.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production and processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, new releases, or periods of high order volume.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Rooted Republic offers free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because many Rooted Republic products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Orders can enter production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once production has started, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
