We want you to be happy with your Rooted Republic order. Because our products are made to order, please review your size, color, design, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors. You may also need to contact the shipping carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us with your order number.
